MLTimelines-Teams - The X-men

Like I said the 1960's were some of the worst times for the X-men comic. However it did set the theme of what the X-men were about. While the comic mainly focused on the founding members it did get some new members. The love bird Polaris and Havok first joined the X-men only to leave shortly after to focus on college. The Changling, a former enemy, pose as Professor X to help him to buy time to prevent a alien invasion. Mimic first appearred and blackmailed his way into the X-men only to be kick out that same issue.

Notes: Havok is Cyclops youner brotherhood. TWe were first introduce to him when the team went to his graduation and the Living Monolith attacked him. He fled in fear of his powers but eventually joined the team. There he met Lorna Dane and fell in love. They left to go to college and have a quiet life together. However they were soon brought back into the X-men life by Eric the Red. he later rejoined the X-men team (under Storm's leadership) without Polaris and eventually became the leader of X-Factor and eventually his father's Starjammers.
