After they discovered the truth, the five heroes decided to stay together and it was Wasp who came up with the name Avengers. Wasp not only hold the distinction of being a founder member, she was the first female member and would soon become one of the longest chairpersons.

NOTES: At the start of the Avengers, Jan was very shallow, flirting with anything that was male. But in her heart she loved Ant-man. They were the first to take a leave of absent and the first to return to attive duty in the Avengers. She was the first to realise that Yellowjacket was Pym, gone insane. However after they married thign started to fall apart. Hank was jealous of Jan success as a famous designer and use to barrat her verbally eventually hitting her. This was the last straw for Jan and she filed for divorce.
