NOTES: Soon Tony was starting to recover and get back into Stark Enterprises. Rhodes feared that he wanted to take over Iron Man again and attacked Tony. Tony defended himself with a old armor and help Rhodes recover. Later, Tony believed he was dying and had a new suit made to combat the Masters of Science. This suit was more dangerous then his previous suit. It was given to Rhodes to take the role of Iron Man and after Tony was revealed to be alive, Rhodes went off on this own to be War Machine.

NOTES: Sometime before the newest comic series started, Jim Rhodes was badly injured. Tony Stark saved his life by making him into a cyborg without Starktech so that he'd have a back up. As well as being able to walk and wear the new War Machine Armor, Rhodes was able to absorb verious weapon and tech to his body. After a run in with Norman Osborn however, his mind was switch over to a new cloned body. He remain with the War Machine armor afterwards.
