Powers; The symbiotic suit bonded to Brock was designed as a protoplasmic dip that would restore and rebuild damaged body tissues. As such, it grants him tremendous regenerative abilities. The suit also greatly augments his physical abilities, projects organic “webbing”, and is capable of limited shapeshifting.
Abilities; Eddie has a natural aptitude for bioengineering, working from his late father’s notes with guidance from Doctor Curt Conners.

NOTES: Ultimate Venom was Peter Parker's childhood friend. Their parents worked together to create a cure for cancer. After their parents died, he was sent to a foster family. He was later tracked down by Peter in college. Pretending to be a nice guy, Eddie showed Peter their father experiment. Peter later had taken the suit to protect it but it transformed him inot the Black Spidey. After returning it and destroying it, Eddie got a second batch and was transformed into Venom.
