Powers; Vengeance possess superhuman strength, the limit of which is unrevealed. He is virtually indestructible by non-mystical weapons.
Abilities; He can use his Penance Stare much like Ghost Rider, to inflict the mental anguish of victims upon their perpetrators. Vengeance can project an ethereal flame as well as hellfire, which can burn his targets bodies and/or souls.
Weapons; His outfits spikes and bone-chain can be used as weapons and are extremely durable and regenerative.
Paraphernalia; He typically forms a large motorcycle from hellfire, with which he can travel several hundred miles per hour without need to refuel. The cycle is highly durable and can be reformed via an act of will.

NOTES: Badilino was a cop who had an encounter with Blaze's Ghost Rider and went on to kill his family. Blmaing Ghost Rider for this he joined a elite task force that was hunting Ketch's Ghost Rider. He later made a deal with Mephisto and was transformed into Vengeance. He fought Blaze and Ketch but later learned that he was being tricked by Mephisto and that himself and the brothers were part of a long line of people whose task was it to protect the pieces of the Medelion of Power.
