NOTES: Joey is the third Union Jack (the other two being the Falsworths). He is considered the working man's hero in England. He receive the Union Jack title after the 2nd Union Jack died and helping Captain America. He went on to become one of Britain best hero and a close friend to Cap and lover to Spitfire for a while. He even lead a group of heroes to stop a RAID, a subdevision of AIM, from destroying London.

NOTES: During the time he lead the team against RAID, he fought many low listed enemies. He felt that something was off. He soon discovered that the person in charge purposely held off on telling people so that he could look good. He confronted him about it and said that he only works for the people and exposed him to the Media.
