NOTES: This version of Titanium man that is currently of a unknown identity. He attacked Iron man when he went to investigate a Roxxon Oil satelite and then when Spider-man and Iron man went to Washington to discuss the Registration Act with congress.

NOTES: This figure was to be released in the 13th series of Toybiz Marvel Legends. Since then it has been circlating in romour and prototype were sold online. It was supposed to be shown at the Toy Fair 2009, as it was shown in some shadowed images, but was taken off. It was then shown at the SDCC 2010 as part of the new Iron Man Legends.
