NOTES: Ultimate Spider-man started out as something simply, just the retelling of Spider-man's origins. However this turn into a whole new franchise for Marvel. Now there are literally two main universes in Marvel, The Main (Real) universe and the Ultimate universe. After Spider-man came the Ultimate X-men, Fantastic Four, The Ultimates (The Ultimate Avengers) and etc.

NOTES: Ultimate Spider-man is a high school kid who is even more geekier then his main counterpart was. Many people that he met later in the main universe are there, like Harry Osborn as his best friend and a school jock, and MJ who is a geek like him. But all the character are there. There is even a new jock that has even made it into the New Spectacular Spider-man Animated Series, Kenny "King" Kong.
