NOTES: Shocker is one of Spider-man most patectic villians. He has been defeated more time then anyone else. He was even defeated by Power Pack for christ sake. He always seems to fall into situations that lead to his defeat. In fact the only time he really came close to beating Spidey was when he teamed up with the Trapster, and they were asked to killed a Stacy (a young male member I forget which one).
