NOTES: Stane had won. He had turned Stark into a homeless drunk, bought and change Stark Industry into Stane Industry and used it to make weapons. However he didn't count on Stark coming back and creating a new company Circuit Maximus. After attacking the company and knowing that Stark would send Iron Man to retaliate, Stane had his science team build a suit of armor. However he didn't count on Iron Man having a new set of Armor himself. After he was defeated he commited suicide by blowing off his head.
