NOTES: When Marvel Legends series 13 images were first leaked onto the net, there was an idea for a side-kick figure to be packed with each of main figures. That idea was dropped but Hasbro took up the ideby putting the Hydra Soldier in the third wave. Despite critic's complaints of the figure, it actually turned out to be the best seller of that wave (being a army builder and all), leading Hasbro to release more Army Builders in their 2-Packs wave 2 (SHIELD Agent and Hand Ninja, Skrull Soldier and Kree Soldier).

NOTES: Hydra is basically a Neo-Nazi terrorist organisation built by Baron Strucker. Besides the leader or higher ups, all the member wear the same uniform. They have been a torn in the side of all heroes.

NOTES: Hydra Soldiers don't just work on their own. They have work with many villians and organizations. They work mostly with AIM who were create by Hydra. They have work with the Hand during the time Gorgan was the head of the Hydra. They almost always work for The Red Skull, which is not surprising considering it was him that got Strucker to create Hydra.
