NOTES: This is Doc Samson as he first appearred as after getting blasting by Gamma Rays. He then went on to romance Betty Ross which caused Bruce Banner (whom he had cured) to turn himself back into the Hulk. Jealousy will do strange things to you. Doc's powers are similar to the biblical Samson in that the longer his hair the stronger he becomes, shorter the hair the weaker he becomes.
