NOTES: Colossus stayed with the X-men for a long time. However after his little sister Illyana died of the Legacy Virus, he quit and koin Magneto's Acolytes. He eventually return to the good side but this time he went and join Nightcrawler British team Excalibur.

NOTES: This is Colossus as he appearred in the Astonishing X-men when he was brought back to life. Before he died there was a virus that was killing mutants. Beast and Moira MacTaggart found a cure but in order fro it to work a mutant had to activate his power but it would have killed him. Colossus sarcificed himself to save others as his sister was one of the people who had been fatally infected by the virus. Unfortunatly his body was stolen and revived by the alien Ord who tortured him to come up with a cure for the mutant gene.
