NOTES: Spider-man soon began to have "accidents". This was infact Venom testing his new powers, like being able to shield himself from Spider-man's Spider Sense. Soons Venom visited the recently married Parkers flat and terrified Mary Jane. After that they went to apartment hunting but Venom was following them and Spidey decided to fight him.

NOTES: After losing and left in the care of the Fantastic Four, Venom escaped and fought Spidey again. This time Spidey tricked him by thinking he was dead. However, when Carnage first appearred Spidey formed and uneasy alliance with Venom. They have fought and teamed up over the years, with Venom thinking he was a hero and not a villian.

NOTES: Years later, Brock learnt that he was dying of cancer. He decided he would sell off the symbiote to the highest bidder and give the money to charity. It eventually wound up with Mac Gargan, formally the Scorpian. Brock however went to a church to pray and commit suicide. However he was found and heal thanks to Martin Li, aka Mister Negative.
